We welcome all ages from 10- 70 because we believe when different generations come together on the mat, we all grow by sharing different perspectives and learning from each others life experiences. Each age brings its own strengths, and that blend creates a dynamic, uplifting community unlike any other.

When I decided to try Jiu-Jitsu, I admit I was a little nervous before the first class. However, the atmosphere at Six Blades is very positive, and Coach Amy's teaching style immediately put me at ease. Coach Amy is extremely skilled and has a natural intuition that allows her to teach effectively. I continually feel both challenged and triumphant while learning Jiu-Jitsu, and have developed physically and mentally in tremendous ways. Jiu-Jitsu takes me to new levels of the mind and body, and I love it. I left that first class feeling very different than when I walked in, and now look forward to every single class.

A: Comfortable workout clothes we'll have a loaner gi for you to wear if you need one.

A: Consistency is key! Attending 2 times per week is a great way to build skills and confidence.
Q: Can I try a class before committing?
A: Definitely! We offer trial classes so you can experience the vibe and see if it’s right for you.

Training at Six Blades New Market has been an amazing experience. The classes are broken down step by step, with a strong focus on the fundamentals, which really helps everything make sense as you go. I love how the curriculum is designed—each class builds on the previous one, making it easier to progress and feel more confident over time. Coach Amy does an awesome job of giving personalized feedback and really takes the time to
