YOUTH
CLASSES

Our youth Jiu-Jitsu programs are designed to go beyond simply teaching the physical techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, we focus on a well-rounded approach to personal development, encompassing physical fitness, nutrition, mental and emotional growth, and character building. We keep our classes small, which enables us to create a calm environment that fosters growth and learning while providing individual attention and encouragement.

Our programs focus on:

  1. Skill Development: Learning the fundamental techniques and principles of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

  2. Physical Fitness: Developing proper strength and movement patterns using our Budukon mobility system, structured training sessions, exercises, and drills, to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall physical health.

  3. Mental Resilience: We focus on enhancing concentration, and promoting problem-solving skills on and off the mat.

  4. Character Building: We instill the core values based on the Six Blades principles, family, honor, respect, loyalty, attitude, discipline.

  5. Confidence: Through progressive learning, encouragement and skill development, children will gain self-confidence and self-esteem.

$600 per session with $100 deposit to hold spot required at sign up.

The core objective of our Mighty-Mites program is to introduce the foundational principles of Jiu-Jitsu in a safe, fun and encouraging environment.

​

Our approach places a strong emphasis on nurturing cognitive, motor, and social skills with engaging games and drills as a means of teaching proper movement patterns,strengtheing their bodies and laying the foundation for developing their Jiu-Jitsu skills as they progress.

​

Our Mighty Mites program runs in 3 month sessions. Children must turn 5 by end of session to be enrolled in the class. $100 deposit required to hold space. Space limited to 10 students per session, families already enrolled take priority for each sessions available spaces. 

Our Pee-Wee program covers fundamental and advanced techniques for

self-defense and sport.

Our program is designed to share practical and effective techniques, strengthen and increase confidence, boost self-esteem, heighten awareness, and help with

physical fitness.

Our Teens program covers fundamental and advanced techniques for self-defense and sport.
