12 Week Immersion

Through this 12-week program, we not only remove any uncertainties you may have about starting Jiu-Jitsu but also address and troubleshoot the most common pitfalls.

We provide you with a fool proof approach that will help you establish a strong foundation for your Jiu-Jitsu journey while improving your strength, mobility, mindset and nutrition. 

 

This program is for you if:

We understand

being a beginner in a new environment can be intimidating and confusing, because we've been there.  Our academy works hard to ensure a welcoming environment that focuses on safe training, respecting our training partners, keeping a beginner's mindset, leaving ego at the door and growing together as a team. Jiu-Jitsu is a humbling journey, but also a rewarding one and we believe that with each challenge you overcome you develop into a more fulfilled, confident and healthy person. 

We developed

our 12 WEEK TRANSFORMATION program to make Jiu-Jitsu accessible for every age and stage of life. No matter how "out of shape" you feel or how long you've been "out of the game"  the 12 WEEK TRANSFORMATION program will set you up for success on and off the mats.

We will guide you in learning the basics of Jiu-Jitsu; how to survive and escape all bad positions, takedowns, guard, guard passing, mount and some submissions. We will also help you in developing proper movement patterns, improving strength and endurance and understanding how to nourish your body for optimal recovery and growth. 

​

Welcome to your 
PATHWAY for success.

We believe your Jiu-Jitsu journey is as unique as you are and it's this belief that led us to develop our PATHWAY approach. This approach focuses on improving what we've identified as the three key areas that keep you off the mats, contribute to injury, slow down progress and ultimately discourage continuing your journey. 

​

GROW -  this is our strength and endurance pathway. We set the focus on improving your over all strength and endurance through safe, progressive programs designed to optimize your training, prevent injury and compliment your Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals. 

​

FLOW - this is our mobility pathway. The focus of this pathway is to develop safe, functional movement patterns that gently strengthen the joints while helping develop range of motion and lowering your risk of injury. 

​

NOURISH - this pathway puts the focus on nourishing your body with the proper nutrients to help your body repair, strengthen and move pain free. We know there is a lot of confusing information out there about what to eat and not eat, we keep it simple, accessible and tailored to your needs.

Your 12 WEEK TRANSFORMATION will start with a one on one assessment to help you find the pathway that fits your journey best but we encourage you to start with this quick online assessment to help you identify areas you are struggling with and looking to improve.

MONTHLY CHECK IN WITH PROGRESS ASSESSMENT AND TRAINING MAP

  • We want to know how you're doing, celebrate the progress you're making and help keep you on track.

  • We will re-evaluate and adjust your training map to reflect your progress and any new needs that's have come up.

 

FINAL ASSESSMENT AT THE END OF YOUR 12 WEEKS
